ZANE HOMESLEY

GOSHAWK FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Zane graduated with an MS in wildlife science from New Mexico State University.  He has more than 22 years of consulting experience, including extensive experience with wildlife and “Waters of the US” regulations/permitting.  Zane's "no bull" approach and commitment to his clients inspired him to build Goshawk based on efficiency and reliability.

VALERIE LEARMAN

VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Valerie has obtained more than 20 years of environmental consulting experience since she earned her MS in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida.  Valerie concentrated on wetlands and “Waters of the US” throughout her studies and career.  She is also knowledgable about threatened and endangered species, as well as low-impact design.

REIGN CLARK

CULTURAL RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Reign has over 16 years of experience conducting archeological research in TX, LA, NM, and OK, as well as personal scientific research in Mexico.  Reign has taken part in over 300 cultural resources surveys, 16 National Register of Historic Places testing projects, five data recovery projects (historic and prehistoric sites), and one historic cemetery relocation.

BEAR ASPRA

NATURAL RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Bear graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BS in Environmental Biology.  Bear’s coursework was broad-based, but he now specializes in “Waters of the US” regulatory issues, stormwater monitoring, floodplain permitting, and GIS mapping.
